Jacks of all trades need not be masters of none especially in these modern times where being polymaths is usually the only way to survive a world under siege.Carl Joshua Ncube certainly springs to mind when you envision someone who can do it all.From standup comedy,TED fellowships,being a hotellier,animator as well as a celebrity chef Carl has his hands in many pots.The dishes he produces have always been nothing short of amazing.
His latest project may be his most fool hardy yet but he has proven time and time again that impossible is a myth.After travelling the world with his wife the two decided it was time to settle down and picked Zimbabwe's tourism holy grail Victoria Falls.Paying rent was not a part of their plans so they lived in a tent while refurbishing a house into a proper home they named Bumble Bee.
In 2021 they are launching a sustainable energy,rural tourism driving entity called TouriZim and their first stop is building a dream rural home totally off the grid.The site is a vast slice of paradise filled with flora and fauna situated between the City and the airport.Already work on the dream home has started and Carl intends to use it to push local tourism,rural development while showing all and sundry going green need not be boring.
